The support of Hamlin Regular Givers is transformative for women like Elfinesh. After losing her second baby and enduring a double obstetric fistula during childbirth, Elfinesh was shunned by her community and had no source of income.
After receiving multiple fistula repair surgeries over a six year period and a tailored education program at Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia, Elfinesh now runs her own shop which provides a stable source of income for her and her daughter, Netsanet.
